a rare collobo/remix

this is one i put it the vault for 5 years,,,
it's been aging since 2019.
and today i was in the right mood & spent the day re-mixing it ,
and i'm happy to finally release it proper & share it,

Hope you guys dig it...def has some vibes and sounds great.

Old ,Retro and very new and modern.

what or who is UIU?
=UIU fronted by Greg Weir, existed as a one-man new wave/dark wave artist beginning in 2015 and ending in 2020...
Whilst there have been sporadic singles here and there since, the project was declared inactive in 2020 with all 2 EPs and 3 LPs being removed from Bandcamp and being unavailable since then. UIU also contributed a swathe of singles and collabs and with one such stand alone single resulting in the only live UIU performance at The Tote in Melbourne in 2019 for the Detonic Recordings MVP album launch. Too pop for the dark crowd and too dark for the pop crowd!


this came about by a striking a friendship with Greg at the time on facebook,& result of some mutual respect for each others music ,and both being active and creative in the same time period and music circles,and both hailing from Australia,.
this song was,(in a much more half cooked version,) released and during a highly creative period when over 50 singles were recorded released ,& i removed some choice cuts,that i felt were being slept on and un appreciated,due to the barrage of tracks i was releasing,
this is one i put it the vault for 5 years,,,it's been aging.
and today i spent the day remixing it , and im happy to let you guys enjoy the collabo remix.
